The story so far

From the start, the key to Serendipity Brides was in creating a place where brides felt comfortable and relaxed while finding their dream dress – something which we feel we have achieved. Finding a wedding dress can be a daunting experience, and so our team here understand that and are on hand to make sure you have a beautiful journey from start to finish.

Over the years we have had some very proud moments, including being crowned best bridal shop in the UK several times and have seen many celebrity visitors (very exciting, imagine scenes from when Julia Roberts comes to tea in Notting Hill and they all try and play it cool). Well, that has been us on a few occasions. As exciting as all those things are, what is most important to us is our company ethos and that is to provide a friendly, warm service and a place brides feel at home and comfortable. We love nothing more than when somebody chooses Serendipity Brides for their wedding dress journey and becomes part of our little family.
